Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to Tamil Invoice, including the Tamil Invoice mobile app, invoice service backend, admin surfaces, APIs, payment workflows, and related services available through comcnct.com.au. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service overview
Tamil Invoice helps business users create invoices, manage clients, send payment links, collect payments through supported Stripe payment methods, monitor invoice status, and receive subscription-based access to invoice platform features.
Tamil Invoice is a platform tool. It is not an accounting firm, tax agent, financial adviser, legal adviser, debt collector, bank, escrow provider, insurer, or payment processor. Stripe, Apple, and other third-party providers may have their own terms.
Account eligibility and responsibility
You must provide accurate account, business, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining account security, controlling access to your device and credentials, and all activity under your account.
If you invoice customers, you are responsible for the business relationship with those customers, invoice accuracy, ABN and business details, tax treatment, GST, refunds, chargebacks, consumer law obligations, payment disputes, customer support, record keeping, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Free tier and trial access
We may offer a free tier, trial, or introductory access. Unless otherwise shown in the app, the initial free access may allow up to 7 days of use, 3 invoices, and 3 clients. Free access is provided so users can evaluate the service and may be changed, limited, suspended, or withdrawn where reasonably required.
Free tier access does not guarantee continued access to paid features, payment collection features, automation, higher invoice limits, higher client limits, or production support.
Subscriptions and plan limits
Paid access is provided through subscription plans. Each plan may include invoice limits, client limits, feature access, billing period, price, and renewal rules shown in the app or App Store at the time of purchase.
For iOS users, subscriptions that unlock app functionality are expected to be purchased and managed through the Apple App Store and StoreKit where required. Apple may handle billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and subscription status. Your access in Tamil Invoice depends on successful verification of the active subscription or applicable entitlement.
If your subscription expires, payment fails, is cancelled, or cannot be verified, access to paid features may be limited. We may offer grace periods, goodwill invoice or client allowances, trial extensions, retention offers, or plan upgrade prompts, but we are not required to do so unless required by law or expressly promised in writing.
Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
You may change or cancel a subscription using the method provided by the relevant billing provider, including Apple subscription settings for App Store subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.
Unless required by law or handled differently by the billing provider, subscription fees, platform fees, Stripe fees, payment processing fees, chargeback fees, and other third-party fees are not refundable once incurred. For App Store purchases, refund requests may need to be made to Apple.
Payment collection and Stripe
Tamil Invoice may help you create Stripe payment links, use Stripe Connect, and receive payment status updates. Stripe is the payment processor. You must comply with Stripe terms, onboarding requirements, prohibited business rules, verification checks, disputes, chargebacks, refund rules, and payout requirements.
We are not responsible for payment delays, failed payments, rejected cards, payment disputes, chargebacks, Stripe account restrictions, payout holds, Apple billing issues, customer refusal to pay, or incorrect payment details supplied by you or your customer.
Customer data and communications
You must only upload, enter, or send customer information where you have the right to do so. You are responsible for invoice recipient consent, email delivery expectations, anti-spam compliance, accurate payment links, invoice content, due dates, reminder settings, and the wording you include in notes or line items.
Automated reminders and receipts are provided as workflow tools. You remain responsible for checking that invoices, reminders, receipts, and payment records are accurate and appropriate for your customers.
Acceptable use
You must not use Tamil Invoice for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, infringing, high-risk, or prohibited activity. You must not attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the service, overload infrastructure, access another user's account, upload malicious content, or use the platform to send spam.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, abuse, breach of these terms, payment processor restriction, regulator request, or operational risk.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, third-party provider failures, network issues, App Store issues, Stripe issues, or security events may affect access. We may update, add, remove, or change features, plans, limits, workflows, and integrations.
Customer obligations
You must keep your business profile, ABN, address, email, logo, Stripe setup, subscription, and customer details accurate. You must review invoices before sending, keep your own records and backups where required, meet tax and accounting obligations, and obtain professional advice where needed.
You are responsible for all decisions made using the platform and for verifying information before relying on it for business, tax, accounting, or legal purposes.
Intellectual property
Tamil Invoice, comcnct.com.au, software, branding, designs, workflows, documentation, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your business information, customer information, logo, and invoice content, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content to provide the service.
Privacy
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Tamil Invoice, you must comply with privacy laws that apply to your business and your customers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamil Invoice and comcnct.com.au are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, customer disputes, tax errors, accounting errors, payment processor issues, App Store issues, Stripe issues, chargebacks, payout delays, or losses caused by your misuse of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for claims, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your invoices, customer relationships, business operations, breach of these terms, unlawful use, inaccurate information, tax or accounting treatment, payment disputes, chargebacks, or misuse of customer data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and, where relevant, Queensland. The parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction over those laws, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
